My love for cooking and baking started when I was in 1st Grade. Growing up in a Jewish Orthodox home, I was constantly surrounded by food. Friday night dinners for my family of 6 could feed an army. I love how food brings everyone together.
After completing my four years of college I decided to go to the Kosher Culinary Center, where I earned my certification in culinary arts and a certification in safe handling food.
Working as a private chef, I combine my skills I've learned from childhood with the skills I learned at the Kosher Culinary Center.
My experience in the kitchen, attention to detail, and creativity are what help me succeed in the kitchen.
