Ingredients
1 Box orrechiette pasta
1 Pint cherry tomatoes
1 Bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on box
Once pasta is cooked (preferably al dente) drain and transfer to serving bowl.
Add cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper
*For a dairy option, spinkle some Parmesan on top!
*And for a non dairy option, substitute nutritional yeast for Parmesan!
