Step aside bottled dressings...

Green Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

1/3 Cup olive oil

2 Tablespoons tahini

2 Tablespoons honey

3 Limes, juiced

1 Garlic Clove

1/4 Jalapeno, seeded (can add more if you want a kick!)

1 Handful of fresh cilantro leaves

Pinch of Salt and Cumin

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth!

Pictured here is a baby kale salad with grilled chicken, quinoa, diced cucumbers, sliced yellow tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley, and avocado!

Pro Tip

Make 2-3 batches to store in your fridge for the week!
